Synopsis
A young girl with a vivid imagination feels it is her calling is to become a nun. Taking her new passion to extremes, she doesn't consider the effect it might have on her family.
About the director
Dominica Eriksen was born and raised in the foothills of Northern California. After developing a love for photography at an early age, she became determined to pursue a career in the arts. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, Dominica moved to New York and worked in design and photography before deciding to shift into filmmaking. She recently completed her MFA in Film at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and works as a director and cinematographer. Saint Catherine of Bensonhurst was made as her thesis graduation project.
