Synopsis
Twenty-something Addy is out to get revenge against Tom, her ex-boyfriend and well-known TV host. But when she sneaks into Tom's apartment one night while he is asleep, things begin to spiral out of control, putting her new relationship (and much more) at stake.

About the director
Joy Webster is a screenwriter, director and editor from Toronto. Her short films have screened at film festivals around the world and won numerous awards, such as Best Short at Canadian Film Fest and the National Screen Institute’s Short Filmmaker Award for Game (2017). Her next short, Buzzard (2019) was selected by Telefilm Canada as part of a showcase of Canadian films at the Cannes Court Métrage in 2019. Her most recent film, Menace (2022), was shortlisted for the inaugural Sony Future Filmmaker Awards and picked up her second Best Short award at Canadian Film Fest. Joy is currently completing a Master’s degree in Scriptwriting and Story Design at Toronto Metropolitan University and is in development on her first feature film.
